Wada Downhill brings a piece of old-school Japanese street drifting to Assetto Corsa, recreating a section of Yamanashi Prefectural Road 104 outside Kofu, Japan. The mountain road winds above the city with scenic overlooks, changing elevation, and the kind of narrow pavement that makes a proper touge run feel alive.
The real road was reportedly a gathering spot for street drifters during the early ’90s, giving this stretch of mountain asphalt some genuine period character. Nihon Drift Project’s version focuses on an 800-meter downhill section, with road widths ranging from roughly 6 to 12 meters and 16 pit boxes for running with friends.
Built by Nihon Drift Project, with modeling by Minto and testing by Menifuro, Tsukiyori, Moonshina, and Emfini. Whether you’re chasing early-’90s street style or just want a short, technical Japanese downhill to throw cars at, Wada is worth adding to the rotation.
